K–12 Field Trips & Groups Scholarships

Please note: Scholarships for 2025-2026 school year have been distributed. Scholarship requests for the 2026-2027 school year are now open. You can apply when filling out the K12 Field Trip Interest Form.

Scholarships are available for K-12 groups based on financial need:

• Schools with 50-74% Free or Reduced Lunch – can receive a scholarship of $8.00 off per student plus a flat $200 reimbursement towards bus transportation (metro) or $400 towards bus transportation (outside the 7 county metro: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington)
• Schools with 75% or higher Free or Reduced Lunch – can receive a full scholarship plus a flat $200 reimbursement towards bus transportation (metro) or $400 towards bus transportation (outside the 7 county metro: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington)
