It’s that time of year again, the one we all anticipate with rosy-cheeked excitement. That’s right, it’s GIFT MEMBERSHIP SEASON at the Bell Museum! With so many exciting events and activities planned for 2026, now is the perfect time to share the joy of Bell membership with your family and friends. Here is your guide to gift memberships at the Bell.

Bell Gift Membership: Limited Edition 

Starting today, you can purchase a gift membership to give to your favorite science and natural history lovers in your life. But wait; there’s more! The first 50 gift membership purchases will include special gift packages—including a membership certificate, science and nature activities, Bell keepsakes, and more—free of charge. That’s right, free of charge! Purchase your gift membership today to secure this special offer.

Gift packages will be mailed to selected recipients on December 15, 2025. These packages will not be available for pickup and are only available as supplies last. Membership certificates will be mailed to recipients after the fifty packages have been claimed. Gift recipients will receive membership materials via email on December 24, 2025.

Want to give the gift of membership, but don’t want to miss out on all the fun? Through December 15, any membership purchase includes the option to add a gift membership purchase for half price! Whether you are new to the Bell or need to renew your membership for another year of fun, you can select the membership you want and follow the prompt upon checkout to add a gift membership at a 50% discount. 

This offer cannot be combined with other gift membership offers. Eligible only for the addition of You and a Friend and Family gift memberships. Gift recipients will receive membership materials via email on December 24, 2025.

Curiosity Membership Fund

Give a Bell Membership to a family in need! To ensure that every Minnesotan has the chance to experience the Bell, we have established the Curiosity Membership Fund. This fund will allow the museum to partner with more organizations and provide Curiosity Memberships free of charge to those with the greatest need. Consider contributing to this fund to pay forward the opportunity to learn and discover at the Bell Museum!
