UMN researchers will share their process and insights as seen from the frontlines developing the latest new fruit, protein sources and grain varieties.
Explore diverse cultural connections in Minnesota foodways with special guests including the Pre-Modern Food Lab, Gibbs Farm, and Midwest Food Connection.
