What’s your hometown?

Del Norte, Colorado.

What are you currently working on?

I am studying the relationship between climate and tree growth by analyzing the annual rings of trees. 

Where are you working on research/field work?

My research sites are in Northern Minnesota at the Cloquet Forestry Center and in the Chippewa National Forest at the Marcell Experimental Forest.

What will your next steps/research be?

I am working on analyzing my tree ring data to determine what climate factors limit the growth of trees in Minnesota’s forests, and how climate change is impacting the growth of different species of trees.

My top five albums for doing field work are:
