Audubon Experience Yoga

Start your weekend off on the right foot with balanced poses in the Bell Museum’s exhibition Audubon Animated. This 60-minute gentle hatha-style class will be held in the immersive video installation “The Audubon Experience,” and include movements inspired by birds, a bird-themed guided relaxation, and meditation accompanied by birdsong.
Suitable for ages 10 and up, all levels, and a wide range of abilities. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids ages 10–18. Gallery admission not included in yoga ticket price. Advance registration is required. Registration opens January 6.
Instructor Rachel Holdgrafer of Peaceful Mind Yoga focuses her practice on gentle and restorative yoga sessions that benefit all bodies. Please bring your own mat and dress comfortably. No experience necessary. Rachel will provide blocks and props to support you through your practice.
