Cosmic 5K & Kids Space Dash

Join us for a space race on July 20!

Run, walk, or roll to support the Bell Museum on a paved 5K course that winds through the University of Minnesota’s beautiful St. Paul campus. The littlest racers are welcome to join you along the way in strollers. After the race, kids ages 4–12 can enter the Space Dash fun run around the field adjacent to the museum, where we will also have photos, water rocket launching, and other free activities.

Participants receive free general admission to the museum on race day with their race bibs! The Cosmic 5K is just part of our fun-filled daylong celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo Moon landing. Museum admission is not included with packet pickup. You are welcome to visit the museum Wednesday evening (we’re open until 8 pm) or Thursday and Friday before 5 pm. Visit bellmuseum.umn.edu/admissions for details.

PARKING
Convenient parking is available in the lot adjacent to the museum. If you park in the lot for 15 minutes or less, the parking fee is waived. Parking longer than 15 minutes is $5. Do not park in the fire lane in front of the building as this can result in a ticket and tow. The museum is not responsible for any tickets received due to improper parking.
