Maximum Capacity:

Cocktail - 250
Plated Dinner - 150
Buffet - 150

Facility Rental Fee:

1-4 Hours: $1,250
$100 per additional hour

Catering:

The Bell Museum will work with the caterer of your choice.

Equipment:

Available for rental through the Bell Museum: 

• 8 high-top cabaret-style tables ($5.00 each)
• 48 black folding chairs (no charge)
• 24 6'' buffet/beverage tables ($7.00 each)

Additional items available for rental through an outside vendor:

• 48" or 60" round tables
• dance floor
• stage
• audio/visual equipment

Rental Hours:

Monday: 9am-Midnight
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 6pm-Midnight
Thursday: Not available 

Special Features:

Guest access to our West Gallery exhibit hall, Touch & See Room, garden atrium, and auditorium.
